How a fashion house develops imagery with AI — packshots, lookbooks, grounds, intake, and the craft judgements underneath. Written from the floor of a working studio, not from a keyword list.

Send frames to a brand's decision-maker as a link: a full-quality gallery with no account, keep or pass on every frame, and a circle drawn with a thumb where something is wrong. Every answer lands back in FLAM as a fact, not a sentence in an email thread. It costs nothing.
A lookbook is shot to sell something, and until now nothing in a look said what: the close-up frame's own instructions read 'the garment' on a look carrying three. Star one piece on the cast and the lookbook comes back with a close-up of that piece on the model, named as the subject of its frame and graded against its own photograph.
A house that has shot with the same girl for three seasons has a model already — it is just spread across four hundred files. Turning that into something a machine can cast means putting four views of one face on one sheet, which is the smallest unit of identity there is.
A house's logo now travels into every lookbook frame as a photograph — the mark embossed on calf, woven into a label, foiled on a swing tag — and the frame is graded against the rendition that rode it. Until now, the judge's logo question had nothing to compare against, and a comparison with nothing to compare against is a guaranteed pass.
Open a new lookbook and FLAM offers the furniture your last three were shot on, before you choose anything. A set piece is offered while it appears in at least two of your last three lookbooks, declining lets the offer fade on its own, and nothing about it is billed.
A flatlay never says whether a shirt is meant to hang off the shoulder or sit on it, or who it is cut for. Both facts now belong to the piece: read free from the photograph at upload, written once, carried into every frame, with a magenta mark only on the words the house had to guess.
A pose is not a mood, it is geometry: where the weight sits, what the hands do, which way the head turns. FLAM's lookbook variations are now a named posture library where every entry carries a real photograph and compiles to physical phrases — because we measured photographs against pose diagrams as controllers, and it was not close: 10 out of 12 against 4.5.
A comment in FLAM's own source code read 'Seated on the seamless itself: no prop is invented' — a workaround for a model that imagines a stool the moment a pose implies one. The workaround sat in the file for weeks. Now the furniture is castable, every piece rides a frame by name, and a look with nothing cast carries an explicit instruction against inventing a chair.
A library of a thousand developed frames is not a gallery problem, it is an operating problem. FLAM's library now has two views — a wall for looking and a list for working — and a selection bar that says what the house already knew about your selection: how many pieces nobody has read yet, how many are a front with no back, and one summed price before a token moves.
Book the studio when the frame has to move, when the face is under contract, or when the garment has never been in front of a camera. Do not book it for the fourth colourway. Where the line sits now, from a director who books both.
A lookbook is bought by the day and used by the frame. The invoice covers the room, the crew and the retouching. The sample chase, the studio slot and the reshoot are the larger number nobody quotes.
